Update project card metadata
PUT/api/projects/:projectId/project-card
Save full pure visual projectCard, accept only icon, image URL, icon color and background color.
After uploading the custom image, the client writes the URL returned by the image interface into iconUrl and then calls this interface;
Omitting iconUrl restores the built-in icon presentation. Project type comes from the static package.json.steamHarness.projectType declaration;
It cannot be modified through this interface.
